1. Order Confirmation

1.1 Payment & Processing

Full payment is required at checkout. Unpaid orders will not be processed. Invoice-based orders must be paid within the agreed timeframe to avoid cancellation.

1.2 Order Changes

Modifications (e.g., flavor, quantity, address) must be requested at least 48 hours before delivery and are subject to availability.

2. Delivery Policy

2.1 Locations & Availability

We deliver across mainland UK. We do not ship to the Channel Islands, the Republic of Ireland, or international locations.

2.2 Timings

Orders are delivered on the selected date. While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

2.3 Responsibility

Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order. If unavailable, we may leave it with a neighbor or in a safe location. For third-party courier pickups, we recommend vehicle transport to minimize damage. We are not responsible for mishandling by workplace mailrooms or front desks.

3. Refunds & Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we offer refunds or replacements if:

  • You receive the wrong product.

  • Your order arrives severely damaged.

To request a refund, email farheen_patel@hotmail.com within 24 hours with photos and a description.

Non-refundable cases:

  • Minor cosmetic damage.

  • Orders left unattended.

  • Delays due to incorrect addresses.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • 7+ days before delivery: Full refund.

  • 2-6 days before delivery: 50% refund.

  • Within 48 hours: No refund, except in exceptional cases.

5. Product Quality & Liability

We ensure high-quality products, but we are not responsible for:

  • Storage conditions after delivery.

  • Damage caused by third-party couriers.

For best taste, consume within 48 hours and follow storage instructions.

6. Marketing & Photography

We may use order images for promotions. If you prefer otherwise, notify us when ordering.

6.2 Reviews & Feedback

By submitting a review, you permit us to share it on our platforms.
